These performances expand painting beyond the surface through body, light, sound, movement and audience interaction, transforming the artwork into a real-time experience.
Each intervention develops as a living system in which the pictorial process expands beyond the support itself, incorporating performative and scenic elements that transform the artwork into a real-time experience.
The work is not limited to a single form of execution, but adapts to different contexts, generating situations in which image, body, and action coexist as part of the same expanded language.
ORIGIN - UV light
Origin is a live painting and tribal body make-up performance developed under ultraviolet light, in which the body, fluorescent paint, and live music are integrated into a single scenic action.
The piece incorporates elements of tribal dance, ritual percussion, and electronic music, creating an immersive atmosphere in which painting is activated directly on the body and within the surrounding space.
Movement, UV light, and interaction with music build a visual narrative in real time, where the artwork emerges as a collective and energetic experience.
INTERAZIONI
Created for the Art & Music event organised by GARD (Gallery Art Roma Design) in Rome, in collaboration with Caffè Letterario and as part of RAW 2025 (Rome Art Week), Interazioni explores the relationship between the artwork, the body, and perception through the activation of painting by means of sound, vibration, and human presence.
In this context, the artwork ceases to be a static object and becomes a sensitive system in which different external forces modify both its behavior and its interpretation. Vibration, sound frequencies, and interaction with the environment introduce an unstable dimension into the visual experience, expanding painting into a broader perceptual field.
The body whether that of the artist or the audience becomes as an active element within the process, not as a passive observer but as part of the system that activates the work itself. This interaction generates physical and emotional traces that become part of the final outcome, even when they are not directly visible.
Interazioni therefore investigates how matter responds, resonates, and transforms when it comes into contact with invisible forces, opening the work toward an expanded dimension in which image, sound, and presence coexist.
